To protect and serve our customers by delivering a prompt, thorough and professional inspection of the building for a reasonable price.

We are a member in good standing of the following organizations:

American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI)

Long Island Chapter of ASHI

Inspections are conducted in accordance with New York State Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Copies of these are provided at the beginning of the inspection and are also available at New York State Government website. Client participation is encouraged as this is a valuable time for exchange of information between the client and the inspector.
